Josh is my wonderful little assistant in this website endeavor. He's majoring in Computer Science at my university. When I decided I wanted to make a website, all the little boys I know beseeched me for a chance to help me with it. But Josh is the one I went with. He wasn't the smartest applicant, but he is the most... malleable. And he knows it too!
When asked, Josh claims hobbies include Ultimate Frisbee, White Water Canoeing and Backpacking-- although I must say upfront I have never heard of him actually doing any of these things. In my experience, his main hobbies are World of Warcraft and doing chores for women like me. He's spent several months hammering out a site for me, doing some kind of fancy computer magic to make the site as pleasant as it is, and finding images and stories and doing all sorts of jack of all trades with the computers. He also does a great job of going out and finding things that I might like to put on the site and then sending them to me, which saves me lots of time.
Josh is a total sweetheart, and there's lots about him that I like. I like that he spent an entire summer working on the site for me, and that he's always so agreeable when I explain to him how his work needs to be changed or improved. I like the fact that he understands the need to let me monitor how long he works on different facets of the site, in order to learn how long different tasks take, so he willingly punches in and out of an online time clock for me. Most of all, I like the fact that he manages to keep convincing himself that if he keeps doing nice things for me, I'll break down and realize he's the perfect guy for me. I keep telling him that I'm sure SOMEDAY I'll be willing to go out with him-- just as soon as he figures out how to magically trade bodies with Colin Farrell.
